All participants shall hold free and harmless all tournament organizers, sponsors, or anyone involved in the coordination of this event including but not limited to the city, the county in which it’s being held, its present and former officials, officers, agents, volunteers, charitable organization and employees from any and all liability, assertions of liability, claims, causes of action, judgements, damages, losses, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which in any manner arise or be alleged to arise directly or indirectly from any and all activities connected directly or proximately with the ice fishing event you’re participating in. Participant acknowledges photos may be taking turning the event and used to market future events. By registering for yourself or others for this this event, the participant forever relinquishes and effectively waives any and all rights, defenses, and claims whatsoever in relation to this Ice Fishing 4 BIGS event.
